Performance Characteristics
1. By ultrasonic traceless sealing and cutting, the machine produce a pyramid(triangle) tea bag with a beautiful bag shape and strong sealing;
2. Automatic quantitative measurement method is convenient for changing the specifications and types of packing;
3. It is controlled by PLC and touch screen display which makes the performance more stable and easier to operate;
4. It is equipped with SMC pneumatic components and Schneider electric appliances to extend the life of the machine;
5. The inner bag packaging capacity is 2400-3600 bags/hour, the inner and outer bag packing capacity is 2100-2700 bags/hour,
6. The pyramid packing machine can be used flexibly and has strong practicability. The inner bag packing machine can be used together with
the outer bag packing machine or used separately;
7. The outer bag is used heat sealing composite material, and the picture can be customized according to customer requirements.
It can automatically track the positioning sign and cut off;
8. According to customer requirements, nitrogen filling devices can be installed to prolong the shelf life and freshness of products;
9. The production date printing device can be configured to make production more standardized and safer for the consumers.
